At Antler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all Antler tags still attached to ensure your return is accepted.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
